Program Details:
Volunteer your time at ATCA Connect and earn unparalleled access to the conference. Assist with essential tasks such as attendee registration and badge scanning, and in exchange, receive a complimentary conference badge. This badge is your key to networking opportunities, educational sessions, and the exhibit hall.
Volunteer Rewards:
- Half-day of volunteering grants you a full day's conference access.
- Commit to two half-days to unlock two days of insights and interactions.
- Maximize your experience with three half-days of volunteering for complete three-day access.
Shift Information:
Shifts are available in morning (6:45 am - 11:00 am) or afternoon (11:00 am - 4:30 pm) slots. We recommend morning shifts to ensure you don't miss the afternoon's prime events. Priority for shift assignments goes to those committing to multiple days, followed by the order of sign-up.
Please Note:
- Confirm your participation only if you can commit to attending. Your registration triggers several preparatory actions on our part.
- A no-show not only impacts your reputation but also affects the entire student community.
- Volunteers must wear a navy polo shirt with business-appropriate attire (no jeans). When off-duty, business attire is encouraged for networking.
Additional Opportunities:
- Engage with industry leaders during prime networking times from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
- Special events are open to volunteers, excluding the Gilbert Soirée
- Lunch is provided by ATCA, and breakfast is available as part of the conference.

- Consider staying near the venue due to early starts and late-night networking.
- Book early to secure accommodation as the event draws a significant crowd.
Preparation Tips:
